At My eBook Store, we value our customers and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (eBooks)

• All our products are digital downloads (eBooks).

• Once a purchase is completed and the eBook is delivered/download link is provided, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• This is because digital products cannot be returned once accessed.

2. Failed Transactions

• If the payment is deducted but you did not receive the product, please contact us immediately with your payment details.

• After verification, we will ensure that you either receive your eBook or a full refund will be processed.

3. Duplicate Payments

• In case of duplicate payments made due to technical issues, we will initiate a refund for the extra amount within 5-7 business days.
