1. Digital Products (eBooks)
All our products are digital downloads (eBooks).
Once a purchase is completed and the eBook is delivered/download link is provided, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
This is because digital products cannot be returned once accessed.
2. Failed Transactions
If the payment is deducted but you did not receive the product, please contact us immediately with your payment details.
After verification, we will ensure that you either receive your eBook or a full refund will be processed.
3. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate payments made due to technical issues, we will initiate a refund for the extra amount within 5-7 business days.
